GIVING BACK
Guided by the principals of the 3 T's
Michael Stalka strives to live as a Christian Steward, guided by the principles of the 3 Ts: Time, Talent, and Treasure. At different phases of life, these blessings may vary in abundance, but the responsibility to steward them wisely remains constant. Michael encourages us all to recognize when our coffers are rich—whether in time, skills, or resources—and to deploy them in service to others. He believes that “Giving Back” is a deeply personal journey, one that requires prayerful discernment and attentiveness to the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
At Four Seasons, we aim to integrate charitable giving into your financial plan, helping you align your resources with your values and maximize the impact of your generosity. Together, we can ensure your legacy reflects what matters most to you—both now and for generations to come.
One Spirit Engineering
We’re honored to support One Spirit Engineering—a new nonprofit Christian organization founded by a parishioner and longtime friend. Their mission is to serve communities in Guatemala by building relationships, supporting youth, and creating sustainable micro-businesses.
Many young people there have no clear path after 8th grade—no trade, no craft, and limited opportunities. One Spirit is working to change that. Their first project is repurposing a shipping container into a soap-making workspace for women, offering a way to be self-sufficient and build a future. We’re grateful to support their vision and be part of this meaningful work.
Pedal The Cause
PTC holds a special place in my heart because cancer has profoundly impacted my life—I’ve experienced the loss of loved ones and celebrated the resilience of survivors. Cycling is something I love, and being able to combine that with giving back to our community feels natural to me. It’s my way of honoring those who have fought and are fighting by supporting a cause that truly matters.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)
We are proud to support FCA, an organization dedicated to challenging coaches and athletes at all levels—from youth to professional sports—to use the powerful platform of athletics to share the transforming message of Jesus Christ.
Our values closely align with FCA's mission, which is why we were honored to sponsor their golf tournament. Together, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, both on and off the field.
Veterans Community Project
We are proud to support an incredible organization dedicated to providing essential support to our veterans. Their mission to serve those who have served our country aligns deeply with our values and commitment to giving back.
This organization holds a special place in our hearts. Our team includes two former Army captains whose leadership and service continue to inspire us daily. Additionally, Michael comes from a family with a rich tradition of military service, including his parents' combined 62 years in the U.S. Army and over five decades of service in the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
It was truly an honor to contribute to the Veterans Community Project’s mission. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who have given so much for us.
Missouri State - St. Louis Alumni Chapter Scholarship
Each year, our team proudly sponsors the golf tournament supporting the St. Louis Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund. As a Missouri State University alumnus, Michael is honored to give back and help local students pursue their dreams.
Alpine Soap Co. Lexi Bullis
Lexi, the founder of Alpine Soap Company, is chasing her dream of competing in the USA Olympics. Her story reflects an incredible dedication to excellence, both in her athletic pursuits and in crafting high-quality products.
Her passion and drive are an inspiration, showcasing what can be achieved through hard work and determination.
Supporting local businesses like Lexi’s is a key part of Giving Back.
St. Baldrick’s Foundation
Jeremiah was the cousin of our team member, Kevin—a son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. Diagnosed with Medulloblastoma in 2002, he faced surgeries, radiation, and chemo with incredible strength, never losing his love for Legos, books, and playful jokes. He passed away at nine, but his spirit lives on through Jeremiah’s Team, which has supported St. Baldrick’s for over 20 years to honor his memory and help other families facing childhood cancer.
Dan Armstrong Legacy Foundation
Michael spent a rewarding day with two of his three children volunteering with the Dan Armstrong Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young athletes. Coach Armstrong profoundly influenced Michael's life, teaching him and countless others invaluable lessons on the court that continue to shape their personal lives. Michael is proud to contribute to preserving and extending Coach Armstrong’s legacy.
